Your Opportunity Reporting to the Patient Care Manager for the Integrated Operation Center, the Site Manager is the sole onsite manager during non-regular business hours (evenings, nights, and weekends). This role has three main responsibilities: Managing Emerging Issues: Primary and initial point of contact for a Zone Senior Leader Acute on Call or anyone needing to contact someone on the site during an emerging issue for immediate assessment and coordination. Onsite Management for In-scope Staff: Provide resource management for the site to ensure efficient utilization of staff and bed allocation, mitigating patient or staff concerns related to resource use. Patient Flow Management: Work collaboratively with bed planners to assist and lead the coordination of patient flow, ensuring bed allocation and patient flow guidelines are followed throughout the RAH. Current CRNA registration. Valid BLS healthcare CPR certification. Minimum of five years' experience in a complex acute care hospital setting. Minimum 3 years leadership experience.
