We are currently looking for a Wills and Estates Litigation Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and hard-working lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario with a minimum of three years of practice specific to litigation in Wills and Estates. Associates at Hummingbird Lawyers enjoy an open environment where collegiality and support are baked into the work environment. You will be encouraged and supported to develop yourself into a top-class lawyer, being provided mentorship in legal practice and business development. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but lawyers are expected to meet all deadlines and professional expectations. Responsibilities Role: Wills and Estates Litigation Lawyer. Work includes litigation within Wills and Estates practice areas, with a focus on providing high-quality legal representation and advice. The firm supports ongoing professional development and mentoring in legal practice and business development. Requirements Requirements: Minimum experience of three years or more working in litigation focusing on Wills and Estates (not including articling). Employment Type Employment type: Full-time, Permanent. Hybrid remote work schedule can be discussed after initial onboarding and training is complete. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Salary based on experience, plus a bonus structure. Benefits include health insurance, dental coverage, AD&D insurance, life insurance, and the ability to incorporate hybrid work. Additional benefits include social events.
