You’ll thrive in this position if you’re collaborative, strategic, and adaptable, have a global mindset, and bring a passion for technology, innovation, and regulatory compliance to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.### **Key Responsibilities**• Advise product, technology, and business teams on privacy, AI, and cybersecurity compliance, including privacy-by-design principles.• Support Nasdaq Verafin's strategic growth in the United Kingdom and European Union• Identify and interpret new compliance requirements arising from global laws and regulations. • Serve as an escalation point for privacy and AI-related contract negotiations and maintain compliance documentation. • Support public policy initiatives and draft responses to regulatory proposals impacting Nasdaq Verafin. • Participate in incident response and deliver privacy-related training across the organization.### **Required Qualifications**• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) degree. • 5–8 years of experience in privacy, AI, or emerging technology law. • Strong ability to collaborate across business, technology, and risk teams to deliver practical solutions. • Clear communicator with experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments. • Knowledge of global privacy laws, including GDPR, PIPEDA and US privacy laws.### **Preferred Qualifications**• IAPP or similar professional certification • Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industries. • Exposure to global teams and cross-border compliance challenges.**Come as You Are****Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
