BrokerLink is actively seeking an experienced Account Manager for its commercial insurance department. This hybrid role demands at least 2 years of commercial insurance experience, a valid provincial insurance license, and strong analytical skills. You will assist in processing paperwork, preparing documentation for insurers, and negotiating customer terms while maintaining exceptional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt customer service and insurance advice
• Process incoming commercial paperwork efficiently
• Prepare documentation and issue insurance certificates
• Communicate with insurance companies and negotiate terms
• Follow up on claims and ensure timely payment collection
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience
• Valid provincial insurance license or intent to obtain
• Industry accreditation (CAIB, CIP) is an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
