Service Winnipeg residential communities as a Journeyperson Plumber and B-Ticket Gas Fitter with hydronic systems expertise. Work indoors year-round during consistent daytime hours.
Broadstreet Properties seeks a reliable journeyperson for mechanical service and preventative maintenance across multi-family properties. The work includes commercial boilers, domestic hot water tanks, plumbing equipment, and mechanical systems. You will diagnose, test, repair, and coordinate with regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine service calls across Winnipeg residential communities
- Complete preventative maintenance across multi-family properties
- Maintain and troubleshoot hydronic systems and commercial boilers
- Diagnose, test, and repair plumbing equipment
- Coordinate with regional teams on building mechanical systems
Requirements:
- Red Seal Plumber Certification and Class B Gas Ticket
- Hands-on residential or commercial boiler servicing experience
- Experience with domestic hot water equipment
- Valid Manitoba Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Strong troubleshooting and clear communication skills
