This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and efficiency are highly valued. *Responsibilities* Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or facility spaces Operate hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed Use custodial equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Conduct routine facilities maintenance to address minor repairs or issues Manage time effectively to complete cleaning schedules within designated timeframes Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding completed tasks or any issues encountered *Skills* Experience with custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred Spanish language is preferred. Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients Customer service orientation to ensure a positive experience for facility users Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
