You'll often be the first point of contact with the public, so you must bring with you your passion for people and your drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position is a full-time, fixed-term role working up to40 hours per week . Our location is open Monday to Saturday . Term length will be 12-months . What Will You Be Doing? Fostering collaboration and teamwork among practice staff Building trust and commitment with your workgroup Training, development and coaching of staff tosolis optics'processes, programs, and products Delivering legendary customer service Setting and obtaining store revenue goals Hiring, onboarding and training of new staff Scheduling of staff/doctors AR/AP Benefits submissions and tracking Banking deposits andreconciliations Inventory management All leadership aspects of daily store operations What Do You Bring? Minimum two years experience in a customer service focused retail environment Minimum one-year experience in a coaching or leadership role Experience in an optical environment is an asset Registered Optician in Alberta is an asset Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solving A reputation for delivering results through successful people management General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) We appreciate your interest in solis optics and hope it didn't take too much time to apply.
