Each clinic provides publicly funded medical services supported by NPs, RNs, LPNs, MOAs, and admin on a modern EMR with AI-enabled workflows. Centralized billing, IT, analytics, HR, and recruitment reduce overhead, enable cross-coverage, and strengthen referral volume. Our Lethbridge clinic: Long-standing practice with more than 5,000 patients Expanding footprint with added exam and procedure capacity Staffed by team of MD's, NP's, LPN's, MOA's and receptionist Med Access EMR, OceanMD for patient engagement, Tali AI scribe In downtown Lethbridge, close to amenities and community services Taber clinic: Long-standing practice with more than 5,000 patients Brand new building, with allied health services on site Staffed by team of MD's, NP, RN, LPN, MOA's and receptionists Med Access EMR, Mikata for patient engagement, Mikata AI scribe Located in Taber, across from the hospital and ED Stirling clinic Newly proposed practice with opportunity to grow Brand new building, with allied health services to be on site Aimed to be staffed by MD's, NP's, LPN's and MOA's Med Access EMR, OceanMD for patient engagement, Tali AI scribe Located in Stirling, alongside the pharmacy Role description Core responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care across chronic, acute, preventive, and well visits in person, virtual from the clinic, and via secure messaging with timely follow up. Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals Examine patients' health condition to identify diseases and injuries Help patients develop healthy habits, break old habits and reshape their approach to wellness Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health Prescribe and administer medications and treatments Perform and assist in routine surgery Advise patients on health care Supervise staff Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases to government authorities Be the patient advocate Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care Provide acute care management Provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues Supervise 1-2 people Compensation and benefits Minimum $10,000 biweekly or 75% of total billings, whichever is greater, paid bi-weekly Health benefits: Dental plan, Disability benefits, Health care plan, Paramedical services coverage, Vision care benefits Financial benefits: $25,000 Signing/Retention Bonus, Commission, Group insurance benefits Other benefits: Free parking available, Learning/training paid by employer, Team building opportunities 4 weeks of vacation Qualifications and requirements MD (or DO) with CCFP completed or enrolled Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II) Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta; CMPA coverageHow to apply You can apply if you are: a Canadian citizen a permanent resident of Canada a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit Do not apply if you are not authorized to work in Canada.
