Base pay range CA$60,000.00/yr - CA$85,000.00/yr Business Strategist | Fractional CFO | Founder | Investor Turn Ad Spend Into Strategy Calls. Own Our Meta & Funnel Engine. Role – Senior Meta Media Buyer – B2B High‑Ticket Lead Gen (Agencies) At Argento CPA, we help marketing agencies scale smarter with strategic accounting and fractional CFO services. We’re looking for a Meta Media Buyer to take over and optimize our existing Facebook/Instagram campaigns and funnels and turn ad spend into a predictable flow of qualified sales calls with agency founders ($2M–$10M+ revenue). This role is about disciplined execution: launch, track, improve. You’ll work directly with the founder, with a clear mandate and clear numbers. You are stepping into a running account with proven ads and landing pages. You will not be responsible for creating original ad concepts from scratch – the founder owns creative. Your focus is performance, tracking, funnels, and simple edits when speed is needed. You’ll manage a single account with a focused avatar and an established budget starting at $10k/month in ad spend. Why this role matters We sell a high‑ticket, low‑volume offer. We don’t need “more leads.” We need the right agency owners booking calls, at the right CAC, with clean data from ad → revenue. Here’s why this role matters: You’ll run the single highest‑leverage acquisition channel we have (Meta ads). You’ll own and improve the tracking that tells us what’s actually working. You’ll maintain and optimize the landing pages and funnels that convert clicks into booked calls. You’ll tell the founder exactly which creatives, hooks, and angles are working so we can produce more of them. Your job is to make sure every dollar we spend has a story, a result, and a next step. External responsibilities Own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns end‑to‑end for Argento CPA. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified strategy sessions (booked calls). Build and manage audiences (broad, lookalikes, retargeting, exclusions) for agency founders. Set up and maintain pixel + Conversion API, custom conversions, and event tracking. Audit, maintain, and A/B test landing pages and forms inside GoHighLevel (GHL) – mostly iterating on existing assets, occasionally creating new variants. Write and edit landing page copy in GHL to improve conversion and lead quality. Coordinate with a video editor to get new creatives live quickly, and perform basic video edits yourself when speed matters (simple cuts, captions, trims, resizing). Provide clear performance feedback on creatives, hooks, and angles so the founder can create new ad assets. You are not responsible for full creative ideation or heavy production. Internal responsibilities Maintain clean UTMs and ensure GHL / CRM / spreadsheet views match ad data. Produce a concise daily reports: spend, CPL, cost per call, CAC, quality notes, next tests. Run a simple, consistent testing cadence for hooks, creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Help refine funnels in GHL (thank‑you pages, confirmations, reminders) to improve show rates. Flag issues early (tracking breaks, lead quality shifts, cost spikes, page issues) and propose fixes. Results we expect Current campaigns and GHL funnel fully understood and audited in the first 2 weeks. Clean tracking and weekly reporting within 30 days. Consistent testing cadence (new creatives/angles/pages live every week). Trend toward or below target CAC, with maintained or improved lead quality. Founder always knows: what’s working, what’s not, and what we’re testing next. This role starts with a 90‑day ramp period. Success in the first 90 days looks like: Account and funnel fully audited, with a clear 30‑day optimization plan. CAC at or better than our current agency at comparable spend. No budget overruns; all spend within agreed caps. Daily reports delivered on time, every time. What you bring 2–4+ years hands‑on Meta buying for B2B or high‑ticket service offers. Proven experience driving booked calls / applications, not just cheap leads. Confident in Ads Manager, pixel/CAPI setup, custom conversions, and UTMs. Practical experience in GoHighLevel: editing and optimizing landing pages, automations, forms, and simple funnels. Comfortable giving clear feedback on hooks, copy, and creatives (even though you’re not the primary creator). Ability to do basic video editing for fast‑turn ad iterations; you are not expected to be a pro editor or designer. Strong analytical skills and comfort in spreadsheets and dashboards.
