Branch Technical Support Manager Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada Salary: CA$95,000.00 – CA$110,000.00 Overview As the Branch Technical Support Manager, your objective is to build strong partnerships with clients, proactively identify and resolve pest management challenges, and reinforce Abell’s reputation as a trusted provider of industry-leading solutions. Responsibilities Coordinate and lead weekly, monthly, or quarterly operational meetings for assigned major accounts. Apply pest management expertise to guide both Abell and customer teams toward corrective actions, ensuring recurring pest issues are identified, documented, and resolved in compliance with best practices and contractual obligations. Oversee the preparation and submission of required reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with key customer and internal quality standards. Monitor account performance trends and recommend improvements to strengthen customer satisfaction, service consistency, and overall program quality. Strong interpersonal skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage and diffuse challenging situations. French communication skills (written and verbal) are considered an asset. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
