What you will do The Senior Material Master Data Analyst is responsible for coordinating, creating, and maintaining accurate and consistent material master data for all finished products. You will ensure the integrity, standardization, and timely execution of all material master data changes in alignment with corporate data governance policies. In this role, you can expect to: Create, update, and validate material master data in SAP ECC in compliance with company standards Work with Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Product Development to validate material attributes, provide subject matter expertise, and ensure data accuracy through product lifecycle Develop, implement, and track data quality controls and reports to ensure master data is accurate, complete, and meets company standards Support the creation, migration, and maintenance of master data by extracting, cleansing, loading, and validating information Identify, document, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy within the material master data lifecycle, maintaining all relevant process documentation and conducting training sessions for business users. Be the primary super user and point of contact for the Material Master Form in SAP NetWeaver Portal, assisting users, resolving issues, and working with IT on improvements Execute material mass changes using SAP Process Runner, mass change transactions, and coding tools Ensure timely and accurate synchronization of product information within the GS1 Canada database and the WorldSync platform for both Canadian and U.S. markets. Monitor SAP IBP alerts to quickly find and fix data issues; What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related discipline Relevant certifications in SAP, Data Governance, or Data Quality Management are considered an asset 5–7 years of progressive experience in master data management, data governance, or data quality roles, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment Practical experience with SAP ECC and a solid understanding of material master data domain Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, macros). Strong proficiency in data migration tools such as Winshuttle or Process Runner and integration platforms like Datasync. Comprehensive understanding of data quality principles, governance frameworks, and stewardship best practices, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data requirements and promote master data standards across the organization. Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, data integrity, and operational excellence Demonstrated experience in SAP IBP, APO, and SAP MDG Proficient in SQL and Power BI, with additional programming capabilities in VBA and Python considered highly advantageous Our mission is to make everyday life more comfortable.
