Company Description LK Psychotherapy & Clinical Services provides mental health support to diverse communities with a focus on culturally sensitive and personalized care. We offer virtual services across Ontario & Alberta and in-home care services within the Belleville area. Our expertise includes trauma, workplace stress, interpersonal issues, mood and anxiety disorders, as well as support for military members and their families. We work with individuals, couples, families, and agencies to deliver guidance and help them navigate challenges effectively. Role Description This is a contract Associate Therapist role with LK Psychotherapy & Clinical Services. The role is hybrid, based in Belleville, ON, allowing for both in-person and remote work. Responsibilities include providing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, maintaining accurate client records, conducting assessments, and creating tailored treatment plans. The Associate Therapist will collaborate with clients to address mental health concerns such as trauma, stress, and mood disorders while adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines. Populations & Areas of Practice (Preferred) Experience or interest in one or more of the following is an asset: Trauma and complex trauma Anxiety, depression, and stress-related concerns Relationship and attachment issues Parenting, co-parenting, and family transitions Identity, culture, and intersectionality Caregiver stress and burnout Qualifications Mandatory Registered or qualifying with a recognized Ontario regulatory body (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO, CPO) Master’s level training in Social Work, Psychotherapy, Counselling Psychology, or related field Mandatory Professional liability insurance Commitment to trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practice Bilingualism (e.g., English/French or other languages) is preferred but not required What We Offer Steady client referrals aligned with your clinical interests Flexible scheduling (daytime and/or evening availability) Competitive fee-split Administrative, billing, and intake support Optional clinical consultation and mentorship Opportunity to work within a supportive, values-aligned practice Marketing and profile listing on lkpsychotherapy.ca How to Apply Please submit: A current CV A brief cover letter outlining your clinical interests and fit with LK Psychotherapy & Clinical Services Applications can be sent to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
