In this vital role, you will support Shift Managers by supervising multiple food service units and overseeing staff activities. With at least one year of food management experience, you'll drive quality and safety in food preparation. Your strong communication skills will foster positive interactions with café patrons and help motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise food service units and manage staff
• Oversee menu production and cash handling
• Assist in resolving labour relation issues
• Maintain health and safety program compliance
• Conduct workplace inspections and WHMIS training
Requirements:
• At least one year of food industry management experience
• Comprehensive health and safety knowledge
• Expertise in food service catering
• Strong supervisory and motivational abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Lead a dedicated team and ensure exceptional food service standards in Metcalfe.
