These agentic systems power CRMs, data warehouses, AI products, and mission-critical decisions across the enterprise. As a Backend Engineer, you will help build core parts of our Scala + Python data and agent infrastructure. You will contribute to backend services and data pipelines, work closely with senior engineers on system design, and help scale the systems that keep our data fresh, our APIs fast, and our customers’ workflows moving. This is a role for someone who has solid experience in production systems and wants to grow into more ownership on a small, senior team.
