Role Description: • Implement accessibility fixes as outlined in the audit report across selected pages and templates. • Work within TeamSite CMS (or a similar platform) to make structural and content-based updates. • Collaborate with QA to test and validate accessibility improvements using screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. • Maintain a record of fixes made and support documentation. • Flag implementation challenges or CMS limitations to the Project Coordinator for escalation. Required Skill Set: • Experience working in TeamSite CMS or other enterprise content management systems (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Drupal) • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA and ARIA implementation best practices • Strong understanding of keyboard and screen reader accessibility • Experience working on accessibility remediations or audit-driven improvements • Comfortable working independently and in a cross-functional team Desired Skill Set: • Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) • Experience working in a regulated industry (finance, healthcare, government, etc.) Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
