Maximize beauty sales at Shoppers Drug Mart by promoting cosmetics, skincare consultations, and PC Optimum participation. Serve customers through consultative selling and eClienteling.
As a Beauty Specialist, you will promote beauty products and services while keeping customers first. The work includes consultations, appointment booking, promotional awareness, and product marketing. You will also follow Cosmetics Operating Standards, attend vendor schools, and participate in education sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs
- Promote beauty products, services, and PC Optimum participation
- Conduct makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrations
- Book appointments for in-store beauty events
- Model eClienteling for superior customer service
Requirements:
- Cosmetics selling skills and proven selling experience
- Consultative skills for providing beauty product information
- Knowledge of beauty products and available services
- Strong communication and independent decision-making skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
