Develop and implement software engineering standards, training programs, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects and product teams. Knowledge of design patterns, code reviews, software debugging techniques and application security principles. Solution-oriented mindset with a proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, peers, and team members. Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to persuade, influence and engage at all levels, including senior leadership. It Would Be Great If You Had Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Demonstrated expertise in modern architectural patterns, including microservices and event-driven design, to support robust and flexible software delivery. Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, agile methodologies, and DevOps principles, with hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines to drive efficiency and quality.
