Regional Maintenance Associate - Hazelview Properties Join to apply for the Regional Maintenance Associate role at Hazelview Properties . What Will You Do Regional Maintenance Associates contribute to the successful operations of our multi‑unit apartment complexes. The role is responsible for efficiently responding to resident requests for repairs, providing preventative and repair maintenance to building systems and equipment, as well as upkeeping apartment units and grounds. This role responds to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns. The role is also responsible for getting quotes and other communication with contractors, scheduling and inspecting jobs, providing training for new maintenance staff, and creating purchase orders in Yardi. What Do You Need To Be Successful Someone that thrives in a fast‑paced environment 2-3 years of maintenance or related experience Flexibility to work on‑call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends) Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools The ability to be flexible and adaptable, working collaboratively on a team and independently as well as support with office duties. Microsoft Office proficiency is a must have. Passion for providing an exceptional client service Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
