Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily salon and retail operations effectively
• Coach and motivate team members to meet goals
• Build loyalty through memorable customer experiences
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and bookings
• Maintain a clean and beautifully merchandised salon
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of retail leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for beauty and customer service
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Comfortable with POS systems and computer programs
