We’re looking for an independent Doctor of Optometry to join a LensCrafters Subleasing practice as an Associate Optometrist. Job Summary You will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. The practice model, pay, hours, and terms of agreement are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients. Operate within a fully furnished office equipped with OD equipment and advanced digital eye examination technology. Work independently with full scope of practice under the discretion of the Subleasing Doctor. Manage patient appointments using an automated online appointment book and recall system.
