Qualifications/Experience:

  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in entrepreneurship or business development is preferred.
  • Passionate about own personal development journey.


Responsibilities:


  • Client Engagement: Recognise and connect with prospective clients interested in online courses and events focusing on personal development, leadership, and success.
  • Implement lead generation techniques via social media.
  • Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Mentor and support new team members.
  • Develop marketing strategies across platforms.
  • Participate in weekly team training and development sessions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
