Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a talented and motivated Remote .NET Developer to join our innovative SaaS startup team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality software solutions that enhance our HR service offerings. This part-time position allows for flexible work hours while contributing to a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional value to our clients. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy robust .NET applications to support various HR service functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for improved performance and scalability. Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and industry standards. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies and industry trends to continually enhance our development processes. Assist in the documentation of software specifications, user guides, and technical processes. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficient in .NET Framework and .NET Core with a strong understanding of C# programming language. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM technologies (e.g., Entity Framework). Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Experience Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in .NET development. Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget. Experience in the HR or SaaS industry is a plus but not required. Working Hours This is a part-time remote position, requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is available, allowing you to balance work with other commitments. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.
