Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Recruiting Manager to lead a team of 10+ Recruiters supporting a fast‑paced, high‑volume BPO program. This role is ideal for a leader who excels at coaching teams, driving performance, and delivering rapid, high‑quality hiring results. Role Responsibilities Manage, mentor, and develop a recruiting team of 10+ in a demanding, fast‑paced environment. Support the team with hands‑on guidance to ensure they meet daily/weekly hiring targets. Drive high‑volume sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines and talent communities. Ensure fast turnaround times by optimizing workflows and removing bottlenecks. Monitor KPIs, provide performance feedback, and implement improvements as needed. Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, and client stakeholders to align hiring with business needs. Use market insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead of hiring challenges. Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success managing a recruiting team of 10+ in a high‑volume or BPO environment. Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality and speed. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS tools.
