The Town of Stratford seeks dedicated Custodian Workers to support its Infrastructure team. This part-time role involves routine cleaning, restocking supplies, and conducting facility inspections to maintain welcoming spaces for all. Ideal candidates should have attention to detail and a commitment to safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine cleaning of Town buildings and facilities
• Restock washrooms and maintain organized supply areas
• Perform regular facility inspections and report issues
• Handle minor repairs like changing light bulbs
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow shoveling
Requirements:
• Experience in custodial or maintenance is a plus
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and equipment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg
• Criminal Record Check and valid driver’s licence required
