In this permanent position at Pizza Delight, you will lead and coordinate the food preparation staff while implementing effective training on safety and sanitation practices. As a supervisor, you’ll estimate ingredient needs, manage budgets, and handle customer feedback, ensuring exceptional service and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train staff on food preparation tasks
• Order ingredients and manage supply inventory
• Ensure adherence to quality control and safety procedures
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food service
• Respond to customer complaints and create service reports
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with high school graduation
• 2 to 3 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Strong client-focused attitude with leadership skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented approach for effective service delivery
