Counsellor or Social WorkerAnywhere ManitobaPermanent Full Time, Fully remote Summary: Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will provide digital counselling services for TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients in Manitoba. Our Counsellors: Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting clients dealing with complex life challenges. Support clients in taking an active role in change using a strength-based approach. Provide excellent clinical services and embrace TELUS Health's culture of continuous learning. Manage administrative requirements as per TELUS Health's clinical models. Core qualifications and skills: Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work. Registration with a Professional College or Association. Ability to set short-term objectives and employ a solution-focused approach. Capability to manage high-risk cases, including clients who pose a threat to self or others. Excellent time-management skills to handle a large volume of clients. Previous counselling experience working with professionals is an asset.
