As a Junior Server, you will support the service team by clearing tables, running food, and assisting with in-room dining. Your role demands professionalism, excellent communication, and some previous serving experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in service areas and handling customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clear tables and ensure a clean restaurant environment
• Assist with in-room dining orders and delivery
• Interact with customers to meet their dining needs
• Polish cutlery and glassware for presentations
• Help maintain inventory and service area organization
Requirements:
• Previous serving experience preferred with ProServe certificate
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10kg
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility for various shifts including weekends
• Capacity to work on feet for extended periods
