What You’ll Do Lead large loss projects ($100K–$2M+) from assessment to closeout—including commercial, condo, and complex residential claims.◾ Create/edit scope in Xactimate, RMS, and internal systems. Manage multiple active files simultaneously with tight timelines and evolving priorities.◾ Provide accurate budgeting, draw/payment schedules, and ensure cost control. Coordinate with diverse stakeholders (clients, insurers, adjusters, trades, vendors) ensuring transparency and alignment. Ensure compliance and safety , securing permits, adhering to codes, and driving proactive risk mitigation. Communicate clearly and consistently , delivering updates, handling escalations, and maintaining professionalism. Support financial and production meetings , guide project forecasting, and maintain performance WIP metrics. Act as a team player and mentor , collaborating across departments and contributing to a positive work culture. What You Bring 5+ years in restoration or construction project management. Proven experience with commercial, condo, and complex residential projects , including claims-based work. Superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask across multiple high-value files . Excellent verbal and written communication—skilled at coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Expertise in Xactimate, RMS, work order budgeting, PO tracking, and financial controls. Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Assets That Set You Apart IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) or PMP/Gold Seal accreditation. Bilingual (English/French). Familiarity with municipal permits, engineering coordination, building codes. Demonstrated ability to succeed in high-pressure, on-call disaster or emergency situations.
