We are seeking a Field Engineer to provide technical engineering support to the Project & Construction Management Team, ensuring construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, and specifications. This role is integral to maintaining project efficiency, quality control, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project submittals, specifications review, and plan preparation.
  • Support schedule development, site layout planning, and crew assignments.
  • Anticipate project needs to prevent delays and disruptions.
  • Develop designs for temporary works and perform field layout assistance.
  • Manage procurement, material deliveries, and quality control compliance.
  • Assist in work plan development, material orders, and cost tracking.
  • Maintain project documentation, daily diaries, and weekly reports.
  • Support construction management in budget and schedule adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Analyze and interpret construction drawings and specifications to provide technical guidance.
  • Conduct field inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets project requirements.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution and at least 6 months of construction engineering experience; OR
  • 2+ years of related construction engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials, and applicable industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and present solutions.
