Position Overview As eCommerce continues to emerge as a critical growth engine, Robinson is looking to further modernize and expand its digital commerce capabilities. The Director, eCommerce will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of Robinson’s eCommerce business across both retail and trade channels, with P&L accountability. The role will drive revenue, optimize digital performance, and help shape a seamless multi‑channel customer experience. Lead a small team spanning customer service, merchandising, and product ownership. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technology, and Operations to deliver an integrated approach that fuels growth for the entire business. Develop and execute a new vision and strategy for the eCommerce platform. Key Responsibilities Strategic leadership and operational management of the eCommerce business across both retail and trade channels. Drive revenue, optimize digital performance, and shape a seamless multi‑channel customer experience. Lead cross‑functional teams, including customer service, merchandising, and product ownership. Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, and Operations to deliver an integrated approach. Take P&L accountability for the eCommerce division. Qualifications Experienced eCommerce leader with a proven track record of growing profitable eCommerce businesses. Experience in both B2C and B2B eCommerce, ideally with Shopify Plus and ERP‑integrated platforms. Deep expertise in digital merchandising, customer acquisition, and conversion. Commercially minded, hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new initiatives while earning trust and alignment across the field. Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills in a relationship‑driven organization. Salary and Benefits Base pay range: CA$120,000.00/yr – CA$150,000.00/yr Pay Transparency Act statement: In accordance with BC’s Pay Transparency Act, the expected base salary range for this role is $120,000-150,000 plus bonus and benefits but may vary based on the successful candidate.
