Responsibilities Support members and clients by explaining and promoting existing applications and technological tools that enable them to perform transactions and operations independently. Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and related activities. Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, ensuring they are referred to the appropriate partners.
