Job Summary The Technical Project Leader III is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all technical activities related to software projects. Embedded within the engineering team, this role acts as the key liaison between developers, architects and the PMO and to ensure software solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Planning & Tracking Work with PMO to define deliverables, milestones and project schedules in collaboration with software team. Monitor progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. Assess technical risks and coordinate mitigation plans. Technical Coordination Ensure daily communication between developers, architects, QA, and project managers. Clarify technical and functional requirements with the team. Create tasks in the system to offload work from the development team. Communication & Reporting Prepare regular progress reports for management and the PMO. Escalate critical blockers or dependencies. Translate technical challenges into clear, business-oriented updates for non-technical stakeholders. Quality & Delivery Ensure software solutions comply with internal and external standards (security, performance, regulatory compliance). Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience in software development (C, C#, Rust or other languages). Strong knowledge of development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD). Excellent organizational and coordination skills. Ability to promote synergy and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French a plus). Hands‑on: Understands and discusses technical challenges with developers. Results‑oriented: Focused on delivering value. Collaborative leader: Can coordinate without direct hierarchical authority. Big‑picture mindset: Understands the impact of technical choices on the product and business. Assets Knowledge of the casino game industry. Written and verbal communication skills in French. Strong interpersonal skills. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Résumé Du Poste Le chef de projet technique III est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et du suivi de toutes les activités techniques liées aux projets logiciels. Intégré au sein de l’équipe d’ingénierie, ce rôle agit comme principal intermédiaire entre les développeurs, les architectes et l’équipe de gestion des projets (PMO) afin de garantir que les solutions logicielles soient livrées à temps, dans le respect du budget et selon les standards de qualité requis. Responsabilités Principales Travailler avec l’équipe PMO pour définir les livrables, les jalons et les calendriers de projet en collaboration avec l’équipe logicielle. Surveiller l’avancement, identifier les écarts et proposer des actions correctives. Évaluer les risques techniques et coordonner les plans d’atténuation. Assurer la communication quotidienne entre les développeurs, les architectes, le QA et les chefs de projet. Clarifier les exigences techniques et fonctionnelles avec l’équipe. Créer les tâches dans le système afin d’atténuer la charge de l’équipe de développement. Préparer des rapports périodiques sur l’avancement pour la direction et l’équipe PMO. Faire escalader les blocages critiques ou les dépendances. Traduire les enjeux techniques en mises à jour claires et orientées métier pour les parties prenantes non techniques. S’assurer que les solutions logicielles respectent les normes internes et externes (sécurité, performance, conformité réglementaire). Compétences Et Expérience Requises Baccalauréat en informatique, en génie logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe. Expérience en développement logiciel (C, C#, Rust ou autres langages). Excellente connaissance des méthodologies de développement (Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD). Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de coordination. Capacité à promouvoir la synergie et à motiver des équipes multidisciplinaires. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais. Approche pratique : aptitude à comprendre et à discuter des défis techniques avec les développeurs. Orienté résultats : aptitude à concentrer les efforts sur la création de valeur. Leadership collaboratif : capacité à coordonner sans autorité hiérarchique directe. Vision globale : habileté à saisir l’impact des choix techniques sur le produit et sur l’entreprise. Atouts Connaissance de l’industrie du jeu casino. Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français. Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles. Exigences Physiques Dans l’exercice de ses fonctions, l’employé(e) doit régulièrement parler ou entendre.
