Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefit programs for you and your family, including an RRSP program with company matching Skill development and certifications with our training program and potential to enter the management training program Opportunity to work with an excellent team and great customers Regular day shifts Great discounts for you and your family on tires, parts and mechanical services Primary Responsibilities Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system Keep promotional material updated in the showroom Participate in all safety initiatives to guarantee safety for Fountain Tire customers and staff, on the road, site or field Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhere to standards and policies as described in learning modules Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts What it takes to get on track Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory driver’s Abstract Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and specialty tires and mechanical services Available for split days off and Saturday shifts Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must A team player who takes pride in their work About Fountain Tire If you are interested, apply in-store or online today.
