Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements of multiple operating companies for IT projects, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and validating user acceptance testing. A solid background in Finance will empower the incumbent to drive impactful projects and effectively support stakeholders in financial domains. Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and system specifications for IT projects, with a particular focus on financial domains. Facilitate alignment of requirements and processes across multiple operating companies. Support stakeholders in understanding and adapting to changes resulting from IT projects. Communicate key insights, findings, and recommendations to project teams. Create and validate functional specifications, including systems design elements such as data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, and test scenarios. Participate in design sessions and collaborate with development teams to define solutions. Identify, document, and report technical issues and system deficiencies; recommend improvements. Define reporting and alerting requirements in collaboration with the IT Project Manager. Build and maintain effective relationships with IT teams and business units to optimize project outcomes. Design, document, and maintain system processes; assist with ERP/WMS system configuration. Provide level 2 customer support and assist in troubleshooting and testing software modifications. Develop and execute application test scripts; ensure anomalies are addressed and changes are documented. Continuously seek opportunities to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to customers. Perform other related duties as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in Business/Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance, or Finance. Strong communication skills in English and French. Experience with data analysis, software development, and B2B environments. Solid organizational and time management skills.
