Senior Functional Analyst, HRIS

**Responsibilities:** Develop project plans (i.e., detailed plan, milestones and work breakdown structures) and assign tasks to resources to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications. Identify, analyze and validate stakeholder and user requirements.- Own functional documentation including, but not limited to, requirements documents, functional specifications, business process documentation, etc.Identify and document integration requirements for applications within the HR ecosystem.**Qualifications:** 3 to 10 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst 3 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst in HR IS, an assetAbility to work with various priorities and maintain tight deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skills Ability to analyze and synthesizeAbility to influence and negotiateOrganizational skills, attention to detail and good judgment are requiredExperience in the transportation/logistics industry is an assetAt **Intelcom | Dragonfly**, you’ll thrive in a flexible and stimulating environment, surrounded by passionate talent.
