This entry-level Sales Associate role supports customers selecting footwear and sportswear for their activities. You will apply sports knowledge, start conversations, and provide informed recommendations. High school education is required, while previous customer service experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers
- Apply sportswear knowledge to informed customer decisions
- Maintain store appearance and price scan accuracy
- Learn new products, skills, and sports
- Follow loss prevention policies and support team targets
Requirements:
- Passion for active, healthy living
- Broad knowledge of sports and sportswear
- Ability to start conversations with customers
- High school education
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
