Position Overview We are looking for experienced and charismatic Boutique Fitness Instructors to join our elite team. The ideal candidates will possess not only a strong background in fitness but also an ability to provide a personalized and exclusive experience for our members. You will lead specialized fitness classes, offer tailored instruction, and create an ambiance of excellence and motivation within our luxury fitness and wellness space. Availability Flexible Monday-Sunday. Responsibilities Arriving to the club 10-15 minutes prior to the class beginning "Checking-in" at the front desk Chatting with members getting ready to participate in class (being receptive to music suggestions, being aware of clients who have injuries and require modification etc.) Welcoming members to your class, introducing yourself and getting them excited Conduct class with enthusiasm and motivation Remain 10-15 minutes after the class to connect with members and obtain feedback Qualifications Recognized fitness certification Certifications or workshops related to fitness and health 1+ years of experience as a boutique fitness instructor (advantageous and preferred) Additional certifications may be required to qualify for a pay level increase All team members must have current CPR/First Aid certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment A recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work Perks A competitive salary Complimentary Membership Group RRSP options Team Member Perks Complete training and development package Working alongside great people in a culture that fosters empowerment Career-defining growth and development opportunities Cover Letter In your cover letter, please include an explanation of why your experience is specifically relevant to this role at Altea Active.
