The Opportunity Define and own the onboarding product strategy for Kraken’s Consumer, Business, and Institutional segments Champion client‑centric design, using feedback and research to refine experiences and deliver continuous improvement Scale identity verification solutions that meet diverse regulatory and geographical requirements, balancing compliance with exceptional user experience Reimagine KYC and verification as rewarding progress moments that celebrate clients unlocking new products like Futures, Margin, or Kraken Pro Partner with Legal, Compliance, Fraud, and Regional Ops teams to anticipate regulatory changes and embed them into scalable processes Lead vendor strategy: assess, integrate, and optimize ID verification vendors to drive efficiency and innovation Leverage data at scale: define success metrics, analyze bottlenecks, and drive measurable improvements in activation and conversion rates Influence senior stakeholders with product strategy narratives, business cases, and roadmap priorities Foster cross‑team alignment, ensuring onboarding solutions enable growth across marketing, compliance, and operations Stay ahead of the curve by anticipating regulatory shifts and emerging technologies in crypto onboarding and KYC Skills You Should HODL 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on onboarding, identity verification, compliance, or regulated workflows Proven track record of owning strategy and delivering high‑impact products in complex, regulated environments Deep knowledge of KYC/AML and crypto regulations, with ability to translate requirements into scalable product solutions Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management Advanced data fluency: defining success metrics, prioritizing roadmap investments, and correlating improvements with business impact Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including writing PRDs, strategy docs, and product vision narratives Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution Passion for Bitcoin and crypto, with a strong belief in Kraken’s mission of accelerating global adoption This job is accepting ongoing applications and there is no application deadline.
