The role is for managing TPS Product Policies, Procedures, and Forms, including customer agreements and required disclosures. Responsibilities include updating, publishing, and maintaining these documents while working with various stakeholders. The position involves developing in-depth product knowledge, analyzing requirements, and creating clear documentation. The role is hybrid, based in Toronto, with a 12-month contract and potential for extension or conversion to full-time.


Must have qualifications:

- Business degree or equivalent; recommended qualifications in communications, journalism, English, or related disciplines.

- 5+ years of experience in distilling technical and complex information into easy-to-understand policies and procedures.

- Strong business and documentation fundamentals, including process design and efficiency.

- Project and process coordination and management experience.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong influencing abilities, problem-solving skills, and process expertise.

- Effective issue management and resolution skills.

- Leadership and relationship management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Proficiency with standard office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).


Nice to have:

- Bilingual in English and French.
