Cloud Platform Engineer – Agile Delivery page is loaded## Cloud Platform Engineer – Agile Deliverylocations: CAN - NS - HALIFAXtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: **Job Description:**## Key Responsibilities* Collaborate with squad members to design, build, and deploy cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.* Implement and support CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable delivery of cloud services.* Apply security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.* Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments to ensure availability and performance.* Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.* Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.## Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).* 3–6 years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles.* Proficiency with Microsoft Azure; exposure to AWS or GCP is a plus.* Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM, Bicep).* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).* Working knowledge of Linux/Windows systems, networking, and security fundamentals.* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).* Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.## Preferred Skills* Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).* Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK, DataDog, Splunk).* Understanding of identity and access management (e.g., Keycloak, OAuth2, ADFS).* Exposure to agile delivery models and DevOps practices.## What We Offer* Competitive compensation and benefits* Hybrid working flexibility* Access to training, certifications, and career development programs* A collaborative, inclusive culture focused on innovation and growthDXC is an equal opportunity employer.
