About The Role Enterprise Strategic Account Manager to lead growth, relationship development, and strategic engagement across Alberta enterprise and progressive SME organizations. In this role, you will champion the full value of WBM’s Enterprise Experience Platform, working with senior executives to understand business priorities, accelerate transformation, and create measurable business outcomes. As a key member of our Strategic Account Management team, you will guide enterprise clients through WBM’s Strategic Flywheel, expand our footprint within major accounts, and position WBM as a trusted partner for technology‑driven change. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, relationship leadership, sales execution, and consultative strategy. What You’ll Do Enterprise Account Leadership Own strategic relationships and long‑term engagement plans across assigned enterprise and progressive SME clients, including energy sector, post-secondary and other growing verticals. Develop a deep, continuously evolving understanding of each client’s corporate objectives, market challenges, and transformation priorities. Lead account strategies that strengthen alignment between customer needs and WBM’s enterprise capabilities. Sales Execution & Opportunity Development Apply WBM’s Strategic Sales Methodology to drive growth and expansion within complex enterprise environments. Engage executives and multi‑stakeholder buying groups through proactive discovery and value‑driven conversations. Qualify, shape, and advance opportunities in collaboration with Inside Sales, Product Specialists, and Technical Solution teams. Manage your enterprise opportunities in Salesforce and leverage WBM’s complex deal management platform to maintain accuracy, momentum, and methodology discipline. Client Education & Value Demonstration Advocate for customer needs internally by communicating insights, challenges, and success criteria across WBM teams. Educate enterprise clients on the full Enterprise Experience Platform, highlighting solutions that deliver meaningful business results, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. Use storytelling, client success examples, and outcome‑based narratives to demonstrate value and influence executive decision‑making. Executive Engagement & Governance Utilize WBM’s Executive Governance framework to strengthen collaboration with senior leaders and ensure alignment on long‑term priorities. Facilitate structured, strategic conversations that reinforce shared objectives and identify opportunities for deeper partnership. What You’ll Bring Core Skills & Competencies Superior relationship‑building and long‑term enterprise account management abilities. Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on listening, consultative discovery, and executive‑level dialogue. Demonstrated success operating within complex, multi‑stakeholder, team‑selling environments. Strong business acumen and a genuine interest in understanding clients’ corporate strategy and organizational challenges. Ability to leverage research, data, and insights to personalize interactions and guide enterprise decision‑making. Proficiency in storytelling and outcome‑driven communication to influence change and challenge the status quo.
