Reporting into our VP of Product , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping KOHO’s lending and credit products. This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of a fast-growing portfolio, influence strategy at the leadership level, and deliver products that make a tangible difference in our users’ financial lives. You’ll be at the intersection of innovation and execution — driving growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring our credit offerings stand out in the market. What You’ll Be Doing Own and evolve KOHO’s lending/credit products, with a focus on driving growth, optimizing performance, and continuously improving the user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs. Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements, process improvements, and market differentiation. Champion experimentation and A/B testing to optimize features, pricing, and engagement strategies. Ensure lending products deliver consistent value to users while maintaining strong risk and compliance standards. Act as a strategic leader within the organization, bringing clarity, prioritization, and momentum to lending initiatives. About You You are an experienced product manager (3+ years) with a proven track record of scaling and optimizing consumer products. Experience with lending (personal loans, credit cards, etc.) is a strong asset. You are a critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify opportunities and uncover root causes. You take a systematic approach, building scalable systems and processes that enable sustainable product growth. You are results-driven, with a bias for iteration and improvement that drives meaningful business outcomes. You are data-informed, using insights to prioritize initiatives and measure impact. You are a clear communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around strategy and execution. You are an owner, accountable for the success of lending products and motivated to deliver exceptional results for users and the business. What’s in it for you?
