The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health and providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional environment. \*Duties\* - Conduct dental cleanings and assist dentists with procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices - Take and develop dental x-rays - Perform screenings for oral health conditions - Maintain patient records accurately - Sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Assist in scheduling appointments \*Skills\* - Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and techniques - Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients on oral health - Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry - Experience with Dentrix software is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with diverse patient populations - Familiarity with orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and dental assisting is beneficial - Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive patient experience - Ability to work effectively in a busy dental office environment
