The Senior Manager is responsible for leading bank‑wide sourcing and project activities for assigned category portfolio while working closely with senior business unit leadership and other sourcing leaders. The categories will generally be related to products and services supporting banking and corporate functions. Responsibilities Directly lead and implement best practices in sourcing initiatives. Manage categories within and across the bank’s business segments, serving as a key contributor to the evolving supplier management process. Collaborate with business unit and operations leaders to fully understand key business drivers and spend drivers, and achieve required support levels. Lead business value through the development of high‑quality, cost‑effective supply relationships, pursuing and championing total cost of ownership savings directly by leveraging bank‑wide purchasing volume, strategic supplier relationships, demand management, or indirect savings realized by driving innovation and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the supply management process. Skills 5+ years of procurement experience within the financial, insurance, government or related industries. Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders. Resilience to adapt to changes and obstacles. Complex negotiation skills across multiple counties and business lines. Spanish speaking is an asset (optional).
