Job Description:Job Description As a Hospitality Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for prospecting, developing relationships, and closing sales with clients, event planners, catering businesses, and other hospitality partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills and passion for the hospitality industry in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Responsibilities:Identify and target new business opportunities to generate sales leads and revenue.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, and industry partners.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique features and amenities of our properties.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business and maximize profitability.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and revenue management, to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.Proven track record of success in hospitality sales or a related field, with a minimum of (X) years of experience.Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and event venues.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and sales presentations.
