Production Worker / General Labourer

Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent
Day Shift : 6:00am - 2:30pm | Monday - Saturday

Advantage Personnel is hiring Production Workers / General Labourers for a busy mushroom production facility in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Harvesting and trimming mushrooms
- Cleaning and sorting mushrooms to meet quality standards
- Packing mushrooms into crates and packaging materials
- Labelling products accurately
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Moving and organizing materials as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following workplace procedures and production requirements
What You Need
- Reliable transportation is required, as the site is not accessible by public transit
- Ability to arrive consistently for a 6:00 AM start
- Comfortable working in a cold-temperature environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to lift and handle materials as required
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and a dependable work ethic
- Previous production, general labour, manufacturing, or food-handling experience is an asset

Location: Niagara-on-the-Lake (St. Davids), Ontario
Shift: Full-Time Days, Monday to Friday
Start Time: 6:00 AM
Pay: $17.95/hour
Work Environment: Fast-paced, cold-temperature mushroom production facility
