Overview ’26 Summer Analyst (Undergrad) – Real Estate Investments’ role at Welltower Inc. (NYSE: WELL) invites you to join a team that underwrites, manages assets, and develops opportunities in seniors housing and wellness housing. You’ll work from day one on high-priority projects across the full investment lifecycle with senior leadership exposure and a culture focused on ambition and curiosity. Responsibilities Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities from initial valuation through closing Assist in underwriting acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations Build and refine financial models, budgets, and forecasts Research market supply and demand fundamentals to assess property and market risk Participate in weekly Investment Committee meetings to observe and contribute to high-level decision-making Collaborate with partners and operators to strengthen relationships and drive asset performance Join site visits and market tours to understand on-the-ground operations and market dynamics Participate in meetings with management teams to evaluate strategies and operational approaches Contribute to variance and liquidity analyses to inform investment decisions Monitor leasing activity and operator performance across the portfolio Update ARGUS models and other portfolio management tools Minimum Requirements Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Previous internship or relevant work experience is preferred but not required. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, and verification of employment, education, and other credentials relevant to the position.
