As a Stock Lead , you play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring our store operates smoothly every day. You are responsible for receiving, picking and packing merchandise for shipping, and preparing products for the sales floor through accurate labeling. You also maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are properly labeled and stored in line with current store standards. By working closely with the merchandising team and sales associates, you help create a seamless flow of product from the stockroom to the sales floor. In addition, you lead and support the stock team while overseeing daily stockroom operations, setting priorities, and ensuring efficiency, organization, and teamwork throughout the day. Responsibilities Receive, pick and pack merchandise for shipping Prepare products for the sales floor through accurate labeling Maintain inventory accuracy and proper labeling and storage in line with store standards Collaborate with merchandising team and sales associates to ensure smooth flow from stockroom to sales floor Lead and support the stock team; oversee daily stockroom operations, priorities, and teamwork What is in for you?
