Job Title RQ00443 - Project Manager/Leader - Senior Start Date End Date Client Supply Ontario Work Location 525 University Avenue, Toronto, ON, Canada # Business Days 252.00 Job Type Hybrid – 7.25 hours per day (5 days) Responsibilities Lead integrations of clinical healthcare sites onto the Electronic Health Record (EHR), ensuring client onboarding meets business requirements on time, scope and budget. Engage with clinical health care sites and stakeholders, managing client relationships and expectations. Gather and develop requirements, creating and maintaining a detailed project schedule or integrated plan. Proactively identify potential risk events and issues, developing mitigating strategies and maintaining communication with decision‑makers. Coordinate closely with Ontario Health teams (ONE ID, Service Desk, ONE Access Gateway, OLIS Product) to support deployments. Facilitate end‑user training and produce job aids and supporting documentation. Apply change‑management strategies throughout all project stages, addressing resistance and ensuring readiness for go‑live. Provide go‑live, troubleshooting and first‑72‑hour warranty support, transitioning to Operations when appropriate. Develop status reports, deployment tracking and monitor project document repositories within MS Teams. Desired Skills Project Management Professional certification or equivalent knowledge (PMBOK). Experience with MS Project, MS Teams and other project‑management tools. Undergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field (desired). Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and other Health Information Systems used in Ontario. Experience in health system business implementation and deployment projects. Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing abilities. Change‑management, workflow analysis and redesign experience, preferably in the health sector. Working knowledge of privacy legislation (HPPA, FIPPA, PHIPA) required. Evaluation Criteria 7–10 years’ experience project managing electronic health‑related projects, including clinical software deployments. Strong communication and presentation skills, active listening, conflict resolution and stress tolerance. Knowledge of Clinical and Laboratory Information Systems used throughout Ontario. Experience with health‑system business requirements definition and implementation. Proven track record working with clinicians and patients in a clinical setting. Knowledge of clinical testing/lab workflows and associated business processes. Deliverables Site / Client Engagement and Management. Site Contract Management. Site/Virtual Training and Troubleshooting. Project Go‑live Schedule per Clinical Site. Project Risk/Issue Management. Service Management and Project Documentation. Deployment Reporting and Tracking. Notes Hybrid assignment; onsite presence up to 3 days as determined by Hiring Manager. Term: 252 business days, with option to extend up to an additional 252 days.
