This role is with the Corporate FP&A team and focuses on delivering insightful financial information and analysis to support decision-making across the organization. It primarily supports enterprise shared services groups including client service, finance, compliance and people & culture, with ongoing refinement and tracking of budgets and forecasts and the development of business cases for new initiatives. The role also collaborates with the broader FP&A team to provide accurate management reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Support business unit leaders with preparation of financial forecasts and annual budgets. Provide monthly and annual operating results analysis against budget to business unit leaders and Executive teams. Track and report on headcount in collaboration with the People & Culture team. Conduct financial modeling projects on short-term and long-term strategic initiatives. Track performance of business cases. Develop and maintain financial models using various methodologies (statistical, driver-based, and financial valuation). Pursue continuous improvement in FP&A processes. Lead and assist with ad-hoc special projects within the Finance team.
